The task force’s objective is to examine volunteerism in Mensa with a goal of generating recommendations to improve volunteer levels and satisfaction. We will approach the topic from a multitude of angles — generating questions, gathering data, summarizing results, and identifying conclusions in advance of proposing any implementable suggestions.

We would meet virtually, using a combination of email, Mensa Connect, Discord, and other teleconferencing tools. In order to cover more ground in a reasonable timeframe, members will be expected to do a fair bit of research and writing on their own, presenting summaries for the rest of the committee to review and consider.
